How to connect to Wonderware?
Per version of Aveva Wonderware a different installation package for the TrendMiner connector is provided. To check the Wonderware version number please open the control panel on your historian server -> Program and features -> Search for 'Wonderware' and it will show you which Wonderware software is installed on your server.
In case your Wonderware version is version 2014 R2 SP1 you can use the default connector from the TrendMiner download site.
In all other cases, please take a screenshot and send it to us. This will create a support ticket and via this ticket we will provide you a link where you can download a connector which supports your version of Wonderware.
Install the connector via the download link you received from us, or via the connector which you downloaded from the TrendMiner download site.
Copy the file "aahClientManaged.dll" to the Plant Integrations bin folder. The default location would be: C:\inetpub\PlantIntegrations\bin

Currently, TrendMiner does not support Write-Back or Backfilling function to the Wonderware Historian.
