License
The license page allows you to upload a (new) license file and shows information about the currently active license.
License details:
License expiration date: if a license expires all hubs (including ConfigHub) become inaccessible but users may still be able to access TrendMiner after the expiry is passed if their login token is still valid (up till 12 hours after expiration).
Metrics: metrics collection can be enabled or disabled. The metrics can be downloaded as documented here to be shared with TrendMiner support. More information about how to disable metrics collection can be found here: Disable Product Data collection
Information about available User Licenses, System Quotas and System License features. More information can be found on the License details page.
Please contact the TrendMiner Customer Success team in case you did not receive a license file yet or for more information concerning the required license.
