What You Should Know
Audit Process & License Verification
The addendum clarifies the frequency and process for auditing the customers use of the Products. TrendMiner may audit the license usage up to four (4) times per year or more, with reasonable notice. This process may include manual or automated audits of the TrendMiner Products, to verify compliance with the terms of the Agreement with no disruption to Customer operations. Learn more about your options if you do wish to disable the automated license data collection.
Use of Product Data
The updated terms allow TrendMiner to use the collected License and Product Data in an anonymous form to improve products, services, and platform statistics.
This data is not linked to any users and remains anonymous. It includes aggregated information, such as the total number of active monitors, users, tags, dashboards, and more. If automated data collection is not possible, TrendMiner will request a manual data export from the customer.
