General
The Edge Manager general settings page contains:
TrendMiner server name
Filling in the server name is mandatory as the configured server name is the only ip/hostname from which users will be able to access TrendMiner. Not filling in a server name or users not using the server name to browse to TrendMiner will lead to login issues.
Important
The server name always needs to be entered in lowercase.
TrendMiner does not support single-letter subdomains (e.g., n.url.com). Subdomains with 2 or more letters are supported.
NTP servers
Filling in at least 1 NTP server is mandatory as documented in our installation guide. If no NTP server is configured or the NTP server is not reachable this can lead to logout issues.
