Services
System administrators can easily get an overview of all TrendMiner services, including their version and actual health-status:
| Healthy services are indicated by a green checkmark. | |
| When a service is unhealthy or is restarting a red exclamation mark is shown. | |
| A service shows WARNING when it has been turned off on purpose, or when it is only partly running and some of its instances are still starting or have failed. | |
| A grey icon means the service is installed but it is not running because the necessary license is missing. This can be an indication that you have installed a full version of TrendMiner (including MLHub) but you have no valid MLHub license. |
To update the health status of services a manual refresh is necessary. In most browsers, press F5 to try and load the interface again or use the 'Refresh' action under the 'Actions' dropdown on the top right of the page.
Tip
The 'Refresh' action under the 'Actions' dropdown does not restart the services. It merely refreshes their health status.
