TrendMiner Lifecycle
TrendMiner applies the following policies with relation to patching and lifecycle management:
Fixes for low impact issues and improvements are released in the next release.
Bugs/issues with a high impact on TrendMiner customers and security issues with a CVSS score of 7 or higher are patched on the last 2 major releases. Our Patch Release Updates page contains a list of patches per version.
Only the latest 2 major releases are covered by the TrendMiner SLA. Support for older versions is limited to upgrade support until end of life (see below).
End of life announcements
Version 2021.R3.1 and older are considered end of life and are no longer supported as of January 1st, 2024 as stated in the End of Support Notice.
As of June 30th, 2024, CentOS Linux 7, the operating system on which TrendMiner was running up until release 2024.R1.0, is end of life. Release 2024.R2.0 supports a migration path to migrate away from CentOS 7.
