As of the 2023.R3.0 the "TrendMiner upgrade" menu is moved from ConfigHub to Edge Manager as outlined in our release notes.
If you are running on 2023.R3.0 you might still see the upgrade option in ConfigHub due to browser caching but the upgrade will not succeed via ConfigHub.
The new Edge Manager can be accessed via <url>/edge. For more information or in case you have issues accessing Edge Manager more info can be found here.

2023.R3.0-16
Fixes an issue where redundant system alerts are sent on virtual appliances. Customers are advised to patch if admins receive redundant mail alerts.
2023.R3.0-17
Contains additional patches for the OS and system packages, improving system security. All customers with a virtual appliance installation are advised to patch their installation.
2023.R3.0-18
Fixes a critical issue with an internal certificate. All customers must patch their installation to prevent unexpected downtime. Note that this issue does not pose a security risk.
4.29.11 (connector patch)
Fixes an issue for PIOleDB and SQLite connections which prevented customers with these connections to upgrade their connector.
4.29.14 (connector patch)
Fixes an issue for PHD connections where data requests use the wrong timezone settings leading to missing data in TrendMiner. All customers with connections to a PHD historian are advised to patch their connector(s).
