Edge Manager versus ConfigHub
Edge Manager was introduced in the 2023.R3.0 release as a replacement for the former so called Appliance Manager (<url>/appliance). With the introduction of Edge Manager some functionality was moved from ConfigHub to Edge Manager:
Diagnostics: extracting logs, disk info, ...
TrendMiner upgrade: initiating a TrendMiner upgrade
Hostname and NTP server configuration
SSL configuration (as of 2024.R1.0)
License management (as of 2024.R1.0)
Backup and restore (as of 2024.R1.0)
For virtual appliances:
Network settings
Power
Appliance monitoring
Some functionality is available both in Edge Manager and ConfigHub:

Admin access is removed from ConfigHub as of 2024.R1.0 since Edge Manager and ConfigHub no longer share the same access permissions. Read more about this change here: How to restore your ConfigHub access after the 2024.R1.0 upgrade?
